- Go to Campaigns > Compose Message > Broadcast
Choose the email channel. - Give your campaign a name
- Select the audience to send the message to.
- Depending on how you control your subscribers, you may opt to include an Exclusion (or Suppression) list.
- Compose your message: Add subject line and content in the body of the email. You can build your template from scratch, copy and paste an HTML file, or use the Advanced Editor by clicking the Templates button. To learn more about the Advanced Editor, click here.
- When you’re satisfied with the design of your template, you can click the Preview & Test button to see the email fully rendered.
- You can even email yourself or your team a test message.
- Customize your delivery settings. Choosing to send the email Now will activate your campaign as soon as you click Activate. This is a one time broadcast.
- Choosing to send Later allows you to schedule your campaign to activate any time in the future. You can even choose the hour and minute of activation. This is a one time broadcast.
- Choosing the Repeat option allows you to send out a daily, weekly, or monthly campaign without needing to manually select the Prime time and day for every send. This is a recurring broadcast.

- If you’re using any 3rd party analytics service, you can enter your UTM parameters to allow for easy tracking of your campaigns.
- When you’re satisfied with your campaign, you can Save as Draft and return later, or Activate to see your campaign send at its scheduled time.
- Once activated, you’re brought to your campaign’s ‘hub’ where you can view statistics on the health of the campaign.
- If at any time you want to cancel, archive, delete, duplicate, or edit your campaign, you can do so from the hub. See the Managing Campaigns section below for more information.
