Once you’ve filtered down your audience to a list according to the criteria you specified, you’re ready to save the query. You can save your query to use it whenever you need to, without having to manually filter down to a particular group of users.
You can filter your audience based on their attributes (like name, email, city, gender etc) or behaviors (like cart abandonment, newsletter subscription etc) on ZetaHub. After filtering the audience based on your requirement, you can save them into a list or a segment.
Difference between lists and segments: A list is a static group of users whereas a segment gets updated dynamically whenever users exhibit the defining criteria.
To filter the audience and to save them as lists or segments, navigate to the Audience section after logging in and follow the steps shown below:
