Welcome to the ZetaHub—one of the most powerful tools for personalizing, automating, and simplifying your marketing campaigns. The following guide is created to provide you a high level overview of the tools available in ZetaHub. When you first log in to ZetaHub, you’ll be brought to the Dashboard. This is where you can see a summary of account level metrics, find out the personalization lift in your campaigns, and even see how your most active user segments are growing. The dashboard also displays a “Feed” that highlights account activities in a chronological order. If you’re interested in seeing more information about campaigns, users, or reporting, you can view those pages and gain access to more specific filtering tools.
This is where you’ll be spending most of your time on ZetaHub. Whether it’s designing an email template, scheduling a campaign, testing dynamic content, or crafting a triggered email, all of it occurs in the Campaigns tab. The best part is that it takes very little effort to build a fully functioning email and start testing. You’ll want to take advantage of our support team and documentation, but don’t be afraid to explore and experiment!
At first glance, the Activities tab can look a bit daunting. But, don’t be afraid of User Activities and Behaviors—it’s the most exciting part of ZetaHub because you can see what your users are up to in real time. The most common event a user can perform is ‘viewed’, but the tool can track any activity important to your business such as purchasing products, sharing articles, signing up for a membership. In addition, you can track user journeys as Behaviors. Behaviors are a sequence or series of activities. When a user performs a certain activity (like completing a purchase), you can trigger an automated post-purchase thank you email.
How did my campaign do? How has been the aggregate performance of all campaigns over the last 90 days? How many new users have I acquired? How many users have churned? These are just a few of the questions that can be answered by the Reports tab. You can specify a date range to see if last week’s content is performing better than this week’s, or even see the results of your A/B campaign testing. Check out Reports if you want to get an ‘overall’ look at your campaigns.
ZetaHub’s powerful Machine Learning engine is what sets it apart from other email marketing services. No other tool enables you to completely automate your marketing campaigns and take advantage of 1:1 personalization. The Content tab shows you which resources (products or articles) on your website are currently the most popular. Click on a resource to navigate to its page on your site.
On the surface, the Settings tab doesn’t look interesting. Update your personal profile, sure. Add or remove members from your team, okay. BUT! You can also add custom scripts to your profile that can then fetch information, content and images directly into your email campaigns! You can also view your API keys, or add additional sending addresses for your campaigns here.
