A User Profile on ZetaHub consists of 4 major sections:
Summary: Has all the important details like – The lists/segments that the user is a part of, the journey of the user (messages received, segments enter notifications etc) and messages sent to the user.
Properties: Consists of implicit properties (user information based on activities, website page visists etc) and explicit properties (user information that is captured via CSV upload or integration)
Recommendations: This section will be applicable only for those who use ZetaHub’s Onsite Recommendation product. It will list down all the articles that the user would be interested in based on his/her previous activities on the website.
Primetime: This will list down the best time to send an email to the particular user. It will be empty if ZetaHub hasn’t yet figured out the Primetime.

Accessing a User’s Profile
Login to ZetaHub and navigate to the Audience section on the left hand side. You will then see a list of all users listed. Click on the User ID of any user whose profile you want to check.
You can also use the search box at the top to search for a user using any of their properties like name, email, user ID, phone number etc.
